 Heavy Equipment Operator

 Requirements: Must have 3 years experience of Heavy Equipment Operation in Sitework/Earthwork to include pipe work, site grading and cuts to  fills. A valid Hoisting License. Experience with Excavators ~ Loaders ~ Backhoes ~ Dozers ~ Skid-Steers.  OSHA 10 hour certification.

 Description: This position will be responsible for care & routine maintenance of equipment. Some experience with GPS machine control a plus!  Will be involved in a variety of site-work duties ranging from pipe installation, fine grading, foundation E & B, curb installation, etc. Must be  willing to help get the job done even if it means jumping out of the equipment to assist when necessary. Ensure a safe work environment at all  times by following all OSHA, State & Local regulations as well as company safety program.



 Skilled Laborer

 Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sitework/Earthwork (especially pipe installation including water, sewer, drainage). OSHA 10 hour  certification. This job requires physical strength and working outside in the elements. 

 Description: This position requires many different tasks on any given day during all stages of construction. You must be able to maintain a fast  pace and perform with quality workmanship. You must be able to take and follow direction from your supervisor, be on time and willing to work  overtime when necessary to get the job done, adhere to a safe work environment at all times including all OSHA, State & Local regulations as well  as company safety program. You will be required to work with some machinery; ie: compactors, jack hammers, cut off saws. Install sewer, water  and drainage pipe, utilize laser guidance equipment and levels, asphalt patching on roads, clean and prepare construction sites, remove brush and  small trees, tend to pumps, compressors and generators, dig in trenches, site grading, maintenance of traffic control signs, erect and disassemble  temporary fencing, load and unload materials to appropriate locations, and more.



 Working Site Foreperson

 Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sitework/Earthwork (especially pipe installation including water, sewer, drainage). OSHA 10 hour  certification. Be a leader. Read plans, Excellent communication skills. Ability to Plan ahead. This job requires physical strength and working  outside in the elements. 

 Description: This position is responsible for leading and working alongside multiple crews for maximum productivity. This employee must be able  to interact professionally with other trades, inspectors, general contractors, architects. Plan ahead for supplies and crew demands. Always  insisting on quality workmanship and meeting schedules. This leadership position keeps the crews motivated, informed and abiding by all safety  standards.
